About the School

Settlebeck High School is a fully comprehensive mixed 11-16 school. We are a thriving community that promotes the highest levels of academic and personal achievement for our students.

We are a highly successful school, with an outstanding OfSTED report and excellent exam results, which put us consistently in the top few comprehensive schools in Cumbria.

We are a High Performing Technology and Science School, a member of the Rural Academy and also of the South Lakes Federation, all of which provide extensive opportunities for our students and staff, within and beyond Settlebeck itself.
