All students study Food Technology in years 7 and 8. They can then choose Catering GCSE in years 9 and 10. The emphasis is on cooking and hotel-quality presentation of food and the results are extremely professional. Catering is a deservedly popular option at Settlebeck and to be able to cook well is useful both in everyday life and for local and wider employment.
