LANTRA Agricultural Studies

Students in years 9-11 work on a farm one day a week, with farmers who are working in partnership with the school. Students keep a diary of their learning. Towards the end of their two years’ practical study, students are assessed by Newton Rigg college in both their theoretical and practical abilities.
