Resistant Materials

GCSE resistant materials is a year 11 option. The emphasis of this GCSE is making items from wood, plastic and metal, although there is also a design element. This GCSE can be studied after Product Design, in which the skills learned there will be developed further or it can be studied as a ‘standalone’ GCSE.
